    Lovely portrait! Her eyes are mesmerizing. Definitely light colored, possibly blue?

    Thank you for taking the time to comment :-) Yes, its a lovely portrait. I only knew her as a very crochety old lady so it was lovely to find this one of her. Not sure about eye colour, but very probably blue.
